The system is designed to allow customers who have installed the CaWiM System device to view stretch film usage and machine performance through the App. The App allows the customer of the device to also change certain variable data such as price per roll of film, film roll footage and minimum pre-stretch rate.
1. The Cut and Weigh device is installed on a stretch wrap machines pre-stretch carriage
2. The device collects data from the machine pre-stretch and transmits the collected data to the Cloud
3. Collected data for the installed device is stored and calculated based on the factors present in the Application (App) customer data screen.
4. Calculated data is pushed to the mobile application (App) so the customer/owner of the stretch machine can view data and input variables into the application (App).
